A new series which teachers are calling the new LEVEL 5 which focuses on targeting specific areas of the lower body through multiple variations of key Yin Yoga postures, trigger point release and easy to understand anatomical images and reference. You'll receive the Class Plan, Extensive Notes and Anatomical Images to accompany each workshop.

Sarah demonstrates throughout each workshop how to target specific areas in multiple ways which caters for common injuries such as knee issues, lower back discomfort and restrictions through the lower body. These are new postures which are more refined in detail than previous training.
