Learn how to stretch the thigh muscles efficiently in Yin postures without impacting your poor knees!  Knees need to remain strong and stable to last a lifetime not least because we need to be able to climb up and down stairs.

You will learn how to test each knee for stability and strength before learning how to release muscular tension in the quadriceps during long held Yin postures.

You'll also learn a variety of ways to stretch the quads for different knee related conditions which  habitually affect students and limit their ability to safely stretch their thigh muscles.
