YIN YOGA, MEDITATION, MERIDIAN NIDRA
Classes will follow the core curriculum of the Yin Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training program embedding key principles and safe practices.
Each session will follow the 5-element seasons in Chinese Medicine targeting the Yin Yang organ pairs to help with balancing Qi flow that’s deficient or in excess whilst tuning in to the needs of the body ending with a relaxing Savasana Meridian Nidra.

Learn to teach Yin Yoga at a higher level
An innovative new series of workshops with detailed notes, class plans and anatomical images.
Learn more refined teaching cues and ways to access troublesome areas of the lower body prone to injury, giving you the range and depth to teach students of all capabilities and levels.
In each workshop, Sarah starts with a lecture introducing the area of target through keynote slides and anatomical images to reference why and how to do certain postures to access a specific area of the lower body. A Yin Yoga class follows where Sarah demonstrates multiple Yin Yoga postures to effectively stretch a specific area of the lower body depending on injuries or fragility.
Teachers are calling this series the new LEVEL 5 Yin Yoga Teacher Training. You’ll receive the Class Plans, Extensive Notes and Anatomical Images to accompany each workshop.
