Over and Out 2024

Renewals and Aspirations for the New Year seem so much more palatable than the word resolution, which to me implies this has already been resolved!

I’ve never liked the idea of making up goals which I know deep down are unachievable. Year after year we are reminded to think of a list of things.

A resolution has such a hardness to it. It’s as if we have to speak it out loud and make it clear.

Dreams and aspirations have a secretive quality to them. They also have an undeniable strength to them and a fervour which means they are unlikely to be forgotten.

What does this mean in terms of how we end and look towards another year?

An aspiration is a longing and doesn’t go away. They have a far higher chance of succeeding as they are held deep within us. Even if vague, they remain solid within our hearts and minds until one day they begin to evolve.

It’s a mystery how our minds work to cleverly pick up the information that leads us to what we’d like to do. Listening to our longings is a different matter. Not dismissing these longings (some call these ‘callings’) takes a certain skill of cutting through the ‘back chat’ we all face. And it’s not from others. It’s most likely from yourself.

All of the dreams and wishes I’ve had, have been too daring to speak out and seemed to ridiculous to me to even name at ‘my age’. And that’s been at whatever age I’ve been, looking back now at the past. I’ve loved being able to help others to believe and to begin from whatever point they’ve been at. And that’s exactly why I wrote my programs. To pass on the information and to tailor it to your uniqueness. And it’s returning next year. The new Level 4 Mentorship program is finally released!

I am less about achieving and all about beginning.

That’s the big achievement!

Dream,

Dream Big.

And beam proudly at all you’ve already gone through and achieved this year.

Who needs new when you already have you!

Over and Out 2024. Bring it on 2025.

Let’s hope and pray.

Big love, Sarah

Big PS: That’s me in the crowd this Christmas achieving my first 5km race this year and 14th in my age group out of 700 people! Something I’ve always wanted to do but never thought I was capable!
